frequently asked questions

Does bloom do direct billing to insurance companies?

Yes, but only for Registered Massage Therapy treatments

Further information to keep in mind for direct billing…

  • We are unable to check balances, statements, and the policies of your individual plan

  • In the event that your insurance cannot be assigned to our clinic, we require payment upfront.

What is bloom’s cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Patients who miss their scheduled appointment and failed to provide notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

What should I wear to my appointment?

For Fascial Stretch Therapy, Osteopathy and Thai Yoga Massage, please wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows you to move freely. Your practitioner may guide you through different positions during treatment, and restrictive clothing can make some areas more difficult to access.
