Does bloom do direct billing with insurance companies?

BLOOM OFFERS DIRECT BILLING TO MANY INSURANCE COMPANIES FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY IS COVERED BY MOST INSURANCE COMPANIES, JUST BRING YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION WITH YOU AND LET FRONT DESK KNOW YOU’D LIKE US TO SUBMIT FOR YOU. SOME COMPANIES DON’T ALLOW THIRD-PARY BILLING, IN WHICH CASE WE CAN PROVIDE A RECEIPT FOR YOU TO MANUALLY SUBMIT.

  • IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW YOUR AVAILABLE AMOUNT OF COVERAGE AND KEEP TRACK OF BALANCES FROM THIS COVERAGE. DUE TO CONFIDENTIALITY, INSURANCE COMPANIES DO NOT SHARE WITH US YOUR BALANCES.

  • WE ARE UNABLE TO CHECK BALANCES, STATEMENTS, LIMITS, AND THE POLICIES OF YOUR BENEFITS PLAN.

  • IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR INSURANCE REPAYMENT CANNOT BE ASSIGNED TO OUR CLINIC, WE REQUIRE PAYMENT UPFRONT AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RECEIPT TO SUBMIT MANUALLY.

  • ONCE YOU HAVE PROVIDED YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION, WE KEEP THIS ON FILE AND DON’T REQUIRE YOU TO BRING THE INFORMATION WITH YOU AGAIN. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LET US KNOW IF THE INFORMATION CHANGES AT ANY POINT.

What is bloom’s cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment to avoid a penalty fee.

Same day cancellations or clients who miss their appointments without notice will be subject to 50% of the treatment cost with the credit card given on file.
